Hi, I’m Coach Kate!
Once upon a time, I was a timid, overweight woman who hadn’t thought much about what would make me truly happy and fulfilled. Then I met some people who were living their dreams. The door to my future creaked open a bit, and I dared to peek in. I opened that door by making positive changes in my life, despite my fear of failure and the unknown.
That’s how I lost 150 pounds, ran a marathon and then went on to start a family and develop a successful home-based business.
I want to share my system with you. It’s a system that looks at where you are today, where you want to be tomorrow, and then devises a plan to help you get there.
My philosophy:
I believe all women have the potential to succeed in life and business. I also understand what it’s like to struggle with defining goals and setting priorities.
